In-stock items ship within 2 to 4 business days unless otherwise noted. Please note that Mary MacGill will only ship to the address specified at checkout.

Domestic Orders

Mary MacGill ships within the United States using USPS or FedEx, depending upon your preference. Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after purchase. Once shipped, the delivery window for USPS Priority Mail is 2 to 5 business days, USPS Express is overnight, and FedEx is 1 to 2 days. Email customer@marymacgill.com to request expedited shipping (additional fees may apply).

International Orders

Mary MacGill customarily ships internationally using FedEx. Please note that each country mandates  different customs duties, taxes, tariffs, etc., and customers are responsible for these additional fees.

Please note for both Domestic and International orders: Mary MacGill is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Returns

Mary MacGill is pleased to provide store credit, a refund, or work with you on an exchange for items — including clothing, accessories, artworks, and books — returned within 10 days of purchase, in their original condition and packaging. After 10 days of purchase, items are no longer eligible for return or store credit.

Certain items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or store credit unless explicitly stated by Mary MacGill. These items include pre-purchase, one-of-a-kind and custom pieces, perishable items (such as tea), personal care items (such as beauty products), sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: 
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide a shipping label for returns.
- Mary MacGill does not provide refunds for initial shipping costs.
- Mary MacGill does not offer discounts, returns, or exchanges on custom pieces.
- Mary MacGill does not offer returns or exchanges on personal care items.

To return jewelry:

No need to email us. Please send your eligible items back with your name, phone number, email, order number and indicate whether you’d like a refund, store credit or an exchange. Please note there is a $10 fee for all exchanges, plus shipping.

Please send your returns in a box or padded envelope to ensure that they don't fall out in transit. Mary MacGill is not responsible for any jewelry lost in transit due to mis-packaging, i.e. an earring sent to us in a paper envelope.

If the item being returned is a necklace, please keep the clasp of the necklace out of the jewelry bag, so it doesn’t arrive tangled (this is also a great tip for traveling with necklaces).
